What Happens Next

1. Check your inbox
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your photos, along with a detailed guide on how to take the best images for accurate analysis.

2. Submit your photos
Once your photos are submitted, you’ll be placed into the analysis queue. The queue is based on the order that photo submissions are received.

3. Analysis begins
Your features are tested against 400+ colours, varying in clarity, saturation, softness, richness, warmth, and coolness. This process identifies the colour characteristics that harmonise most naturally with your complexion.

4. Your season is determined
From there, you’ll be placed into one of the 16 sub-seasons, with special attention given to your dominant traits (such as soft, cool, warm, or medium depth).

5. Receive your results
Your completed colour analysis will be delivered within 3 weeks of submitting your photos.
