By accessing or purchasing services from Palette Prescription, you agree to the following Terms + Conditions.

1. Services

Palette Prescription provides digital colour analysis services only. All services are delivered online.

Digital downloads and additional resources may be offered separately in the future.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 16 years and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Ordering + process

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive a link to a secure online form.

  2. You must submit the required photos and questionnaire responses.

  3. The analysis timeframe begins once your form is submitted, not from the purchase date.

Failure to submit the required information may delay your results.

4. Turnaround times

Typical turnaround time is within 2 weeks from form submission.

While we aim to meet this timeframe, turnaround times may vary due to demand. If delays occur, you will be notified.

All results are delivered on business days only.

5. Professional opinion disclaimer

Colour analysis is a professional, experience-based service and involves expert interpretation.

Results are advisory and educational in nature and do not guarantee personal satisfaction, outcomes or preferences. Colour analysis is not a medical, psychological or professional diagnosis.

6. Revisions + clarification

Revisions are not included in the service.

If you require clarification on your results, you may contact us for explanation; however, this does not constitute a reassessment or revision of your analysis.

7. Refund policy

Due to the personalised nature of colour analysis:

  • Refunds are available only before the service has commenced

  • Once analysis work has begun or results have been delivered, no refunds are available

  • Change of mind after submission of your form is not eligible for a refund

8. Intellectual property

All content, palettes, guides, documents and resources provided by Palette Prescription are for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or use any materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Palette Prescription is not liable for any loss, damage or outcomes arising from the use or interpretation of your colour analysis results.

You are responsible for how you apply your palette in personal, professional or commercial contexts.

10. Governing law

These Terms + Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
