What Happens Next

1. Check your inbox
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit photos, along with a detailed guide on how to take the best images for accurate analysis.

If you’ve purchased a Duo Analysis, you can either forward this email to the second person so they can submit their own photos, or submit both sets of photos together.

2. Submit your photos
Once photos are submitted, each person will be placed into the analysis queue. The queue is based on the order that photo submissions are received.

3. Analysis begins
Your features are tested against 400+ colours, varying in clarity, saturation, softness, richness, warmth, and coolness. This process identifies the colour characteristics that harmonise most naturally with your complexion.

4. Your season is determined
From there, each person is placed into one of the 16 sub-seasons, with special attention given to dominant traits (such as soft, cool, warm, or medium depth).

5. Receive your results
Completed colour analysis results will be delivered within 3 weeks of photo submission.
